“Witches of this breed are found in Lancashire no longer, but the places that knew them still remain. From my dark window that dark spot of Lancashire’s history seems to come alive again when I look out at night, and see the winter sky, the leafless trees, and the black shape of old Pendle.”

This is an exploration of a survived land, survived history and of my local area. A series of merged landscapes surrounding Pendle hill to showcase natures survival despite the events that have occurred here in the past. I feel an atmosphere of beauty and mystery through the rolling hills and untold stories and secrets in between.
